The Leeds Business Improvement District (BID) have revealed a major project in conjunction with The Welcome People, a professional team of Ambassadors delivering a meet and greet service to all city users.

The Welcome People provide visitor welcome and street management services to some of the UK’sbest known destinations. Starting out with their first team in September 2011, they have fast earned a reputation for innovation and for raising the standard and accountability of Street Ambassador Schemes.
