Hush-hush underground bar “7” opening in Leeds
Leeds residents are being invited to uncover darkest secrets with the launch of ‘7’, a new underground bar opening its doors on 31st July.
First of its kind to the area and soon to be the ‘worst kept secret’ of Leeds, guests will only be able to gain access to this tight-lipped bar by dialling the correct number on a specially installed telephone box. With low lighting and an understated design ethos, guests are invited to relax, enjoy and misbehave responsibly!
‘7 ‘promises to make pretentious drinks, in an unpretentious manner that incorporates fun, simplicity and most of all the finest skills in Leeds.
The drinks menu has been specifically designed for the locality, offering a plethora of specially designed cocktails, including the Yorkshire Punch. Whether you select a drink from the ‘Sinner’s Corner’ or ‘The Industry 7’, the list offers something for every palette.
‘The Industry 7’ are a team of expert mixologists from Leeds, London and Chester, who have been invited to curate their own bespoke cocktails for the new menu. The Cold Toddy by Dan Ellish is a new take on a classic with a delicious blend of Buffalo Trace, Grand Marnier,
Grenadine, Lemon Wedges and egg. The Soleros! designed by renowned bartender Liam Martyn is a fruity concoction of Passoa, Midori, Passion Fruit Puree, Orange Juice, Pineapple Juice, Vanilla Syrup, Cream, Milk and Sugar. Last but not least The Yorkshire Punch, designed by local mixologist Francis Robson, gives a tropical classic cocktail a twist with the addition of ginger beer.
A weekend and late night venue, doors open from 9pm on Fridays and Saturdays with customers invited to enjoy a chilled vibe with music by exclusive DJs.
