This year, Mint Festival enjoyed 20-degree heat which meant the all-new site at Newsam Farm looked superb. The gorgeous grassland and ancient woodland came alive with 12 hours of non-stop music across four fantastic stages. Each one boasted next-level design, light and sound to make for a sensory assault that never let up. It was an epic return after so long away.
Earlier in summer, Newsam Park Festival returned to the magnificent Tudor-Jacobean estate of Temple Newsam. Nestled at the bottom of the hill, surrounded by forest and with the historic house as a backdrop, the two stages delivered non-stop musical and production thrills. The addition of the new lake stage was a delight to disco fans who lapped up every beat surrounded by vibrant colour and a keen crowd.
