Scotty T - The Perfect Prince at the White Rose Theatre

Residing in the grounds of the historic former Tetley Brewery site in Leeds city centre, the White Rose Theatre have promised the pantomime will be a spectacle of pure enchantment unlike any seen before in West Yorkshire.

Boasting the mighty fine acting  of Louis Emerick (Brookside, Benidorm, Last of the Summer Wine) as the Royal Tax Collector and Tupele Dorgu (Coronation Street, Hollyoaks) as the Wicked Queen, the cast is as fabulous and eclectic as they come.

Joining them onstage as Court Jester will be none other than veteran funny-man Jimmy Cricket, as well as legendary Rainbow favourite’s Zippy and George. But wait. There’s more. Yes, we haven’t even mentioned our swashbuckling Prince and his porcelain-skinned Princess – who could they be?

With over 2.3m followers on Instagram and more date offers than Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie put together, the valiant Prince will be played by none other than Geordie Shore firebrand and all-round canny chap Scotty Timlin.

Whilst reality stars come and go, Scotty T has managed to silence his critics by winning Celebrity Big Brother 2016, written a book and signed numerous modelling contracts. We caught up with him and asked what we can expect from his performance, as well as his thoughts on Leeds.

‘’I signed up to this show as it gives me a chance once again to do something different, and opens me up to a new audience. Even though Big Brother was another reality show, it was a different experience to Geordie Shore, and Snow White is an even bigger change.

It also means I get to be in something my whole family can all come and see me in with their kids and enjoy. Of course, I’m not from an acting background so I’m just looking to bring my personality and a bit of banter to the role, and who knows – there could possibly even be a bit of singing and dancing!

I can’t wait to spend some time in Leeds, the women are stunning and the city is buzzing – who’s up for coming to see me rock Snow White this December?!’’

Guests will be welcomed by a host of fairytale characters, and be able to enjoy food, refreshments and pre-show entertainment.
