MANCHESTER COLLECTIVE BACK AT TOWN HALL
Manchester Collective is back at Leeds International Concert Season as part of the ensemble’s largest and most ambitious touring season to date with performances all over the UK, Switzerland, Germany and the Netherlands. This sought-after chamber ensemble, which combines thrilling performances with daring programming and a brazen approach to convention, has reached more than 300,000 people since bursting on to the music scene in 2017.
The first of six concerts is on Thursday 26 September at Leeds Town Hall and will be presented in an intimate space with audiences and musicians gathered together on the stage of the Victoria Hall, or in-the-round in the Crypt, for an up close and personal experience.
Adam Szabo, Managing Director of Manchester Collective, says “This season’s diverse and eclectic programme aims to highlight the joy of music making and inclusivity in an era of protectionism and division. We’re absolutely thrilled to be back in the magnificent surroundings of Leeds Town Hall and look forward to meeting the fantastically warm and open audiences there, and some new faces too.”
