The North Face is bringing is mountain athletics sessions to Leeds. Part of its renowned programme that promotes training with an end outdoor goal or higher purpose in mind, sessions will help prepare attendees for the winter outdoor sports season ahead.

In-store sessions kick off from 6th October 2016, taking place throughout the month. The North Face is a proud advocate of encouraging people to get out, explore and train in their surrounding environment and the sessions are designed to facilitate this with the #NeverStop groups heading into the city’s parks and onto the surrounding streets. Aimed at prepping people for a wide variety of outdoor sports, the evenings feature three circuits of a wide variety of exercises and activities, helping maximise true outdoor sports potential.

Whether a seasoned pro, complete beginner, or somewhere in between, professional trainers Downward Dog Days will push attendees’ limits, reaping the benefits along the way.
