ANDY AND THE ODD SOCKS ANNOUNCE NEW ALBUM ‘WHO’S IN THE ODD SOCKS?’ PRE-ORDER AND  2020 TOUR DATES

 Andy and the Odd Socks have today announced the 2020 tour dates and album pre-order bundle package. Fans can now pre-order the new Who’s In The Odd Socks? album through the band’s official store and receive exclusive pre-sale access to meet and greet tickets from the band’s upcoming tour. On pre-ordering the album bundled with a limited-edition personalised t-shirt they’ll also get their t-shirt and a free signed festive card before Christmas Day.

Fronted by CBeebies superstar Andy Day, the London based five-piece will play live shows up and down the country to support the release of their hotly anticipated second studio album Who’s In The Odd Socks?, which is due for release on April 3 ahead of the tour.

The live shows will open at the Manchester Dancehouse on the 5 April, before visiting Edinburgh Church Hill Theatre (7th April),Newcastle Gosforth Civic Theatre (8 April), Lincoln Performing Arts Centre (9 April), Leeds City Varieties Music Hall (13 April), Swindon Arts Centre (14 April), Exeter Phoenix Theatre (15 April), Corby Cube (16 April), Birmingham Old Rep Theatre (19 April), Hull Middleton Hall (23 May), Cardiff Tramshed (24 May), Bristol Tobacco Factory (25 May), Liverpool Epstein Theatre (27 May), Milton Keynes Stables Theatre (28 May), and finishing in London at Islington Assembly Hall (31 May).

Fast becoming the most exciting, innovative and in-demand live music act for children in the UK, Andy and the Odd Socks have played over 100 shows including festivals such as Glastonbury, Camp Bestival, Victorious, Big Feastival, Shambala, BBC Summer Social, Standon Calling and many more.

Woven into a colourful world of characters –  which sees Andy rocking out as the Odd Sock’s front man, Rio from Planet Rock on guitar, mega Moxy on drums, cool Blu on bass and crazy Cousin Mac on the keys – the energetic songs hold a message of acceptance and encouragement for all those, young and old, who feel a bit like an odd sock, and will feature original songs from Andy Day’s brand-new TV Show, Andy and the Band which will debut on BBC iPlayer early next year. The Who’s In The Odd Socks? album will include 17 brand new songs overall, including the recent single Change.
