The Leeds Vegan Summer Festival takes place on Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th August 2025; two incredible days featuring over 70 diverse vegan vendors, live bands, cooking demos, workshops, and a craft ale bar. Explore world street food, cakes, beauty products, sustainable fashion, fresh juices, and more.

Explore artisanal vegan foods, from fresh pies and gourmet sandwiches to decadent cakes and handcrafted chocolates – with free tastings all weekend! Discover beauty products, candles, jewellery, sustainable clothing, and unique crafts. Sample innovative vegan cheeses, healthy snacks, smoothies and juices. Participate in hands-on workshops, watch cooking demonstrations, and unwind at the craft beer bar featuring local vegan ales.

There will be live cookery demonstrations from COOK! with the Vegetarian Society. Talks include Mind Matters with Anne Davies. Healthy gut, thriving happy mind.

In her talk Food Without Faces Fleur Sade, a passionate advocate for compassion and justice, uses the power of spoken word to amplify the voices of those who cannot speak for themselves.

There will be music from Barbara Helen and Vegan Queen V, and vegan rhymes from Glastonbury Festival Poet-in-Residence Dominic Berry.

Workshops include Chair Yoga and Vinyasa Flow Yoga, plus Muay Thai with Benny Green.
