On Dock Street itself, you’ve got new Italian restaurant Ciao Bella, while a few extra steps up the street and you’ll find yourself with yet more choice: gourmet burgers are on offer at Oracle; Indian cuisine with a distinctly modern twist is the story at Cafe Guru; Latin American tapas is where it’s at at Azucar.

Drink? Many of the above eating establishments are also fine choices for drinking, with ale fans heading to the Adelphi, rum and tequila fiends flocking to Azucar and cocktail lovers gliding into Oracle. But having said all that, if you happen to be female and detoxing is more your thing than, well, toxing, you’ve got the women-only Waterfall spa just yards away from your front door, so you can feel nice and pampered whenever you like.
