News Seven Arts is 3!

Versatile arts venue, café and bar marks its latest milestone

News: Seven Arts is 3!

This July, Chapel Allerton’s Seven Arts celebrates its third birthday – and after three years of music, drama, dance, art and more, the venue is still going as strong as ever.

The 100-seat auditorium is now well-known for its versatility, hosting a diverse programme of arts and showcasing the best local, regional and national talents. Seven Arts is proud of its independence from any government or council-run funding and relies on the audiences for support; it’s clear that visitors love what they do and so the venue thrives.

Showing everything from music, drama and dance to comedy, poetry and art, Seven appeals to everyone and provides a hub for the prolific arts scene in Leeds and West Yorkshire. Upcoming shows include Afternoon Jazz from the Kevin James Quartet, the World Cup Final, an SAA UK concert in memory of Jayasree Sen Gupta and even a voiceplay workshop with Ros Lewis.

Let’s hope Seven is enjoying its third birthday celebrations and continues to provide us with a fantastic programme for years to come.
