News Work Progressing Well at the New Leeds Arena

New seats that have been installed this week will be the hottest tickets in town as big-name international acts are already being lined up to play to them at the world-class arena being built in Leeds.

It was a significant milestone as the first of the eye-catching red seats went into the striking Leeds Arena building on Friday July 13. The city centre venue, which promises to be a hugely-popular essential stop-off on the international touring circuit, is structurally almost complete and is now moving into a new construction fit-out phase.

How long have you been a landlord for?

I’ve been a landlord for five years now.

How did you end up in Leeds?

I moved to Leeds from Brighton five years ago and rented out my property there. I love Leeds – I certainly have no regrets moving up here. I am a Northerner now – although I do still miss the Brighton seafront.

How many properties do you own and where are they?
