The Sunday Joint shindig welcomes live performances from local and national jazz, hip hop and funk artists every Sunday night, alongside residen DJs Biddy, Boner, Mikey J and MJ Soul playing their blend of nu-soul, breakbeat treats and funk-laden beats!

Dirty Velvet are part of the rebirth of the growing underground soul & funk movement, bringing together some of the UK’s finest, funkiest,heaviest players. Going back to their musical roots, and creating a gnarley, retro vibe. Dirty Velvet are heavily influenced by the sub-culture of the 1960’s and early 70’s, harnessing all of the disparate musical trends of this era, creating a wild, brilliant fusion of deep and dirty soul, psychedelia and funk.
