From Madagascan crevettes to Dorset crab, it seems Livebait has scanned every sea known to man (except possibly the Sea of Tranquility) to bring you its rarefied selection of internationally influenced dishes in a chic, intimate setting of exposed brick and seafaring blue-and-white. The genius is in the detail here, from the Cajun sea bream with chorizo to the sea bass with ginger and chilli crab and noodles.
