As Harrogate’s oldest hotel, Cedar Court has been servicing visitors to the town since . The menu aims to incorporate traditional Yorkshire cooking with modern European cuisine, using local produce wherever possible. So expect to see Nidderdale trout, Yorkshire blue and all sorts of local goodies on the menu. Desserts are equally worth getting excited about, with hearty traditional puds like apple and Black Sheep ale pie existing alongside more contemporary desserts.
